Eat, Pray, Love

recently, I've got no idea what do i suppose to write. BLANK BLANK AND BLANK. you can see from my updated blog. there're no stories. only picture, picture, and quotes.

i was reading my new book. i just bought it last week in kinokuniya, dubai. EAT, PRAY, and LOVE. as long as i read, i like the story. It's about the author's journey to Italia, India, and Indonesia--Lucky I's?. why?. because she found the pleasure from those countries. and she found her love in Indonesia. thats why am interested with the book.

*My Sister's Keeper*

Conceived by means of in vitro fertilization, Anna Fitzgerald (Abigail Breslin) was brought into the world to be a genetic match for her older sister, Kate (Sofia Vassilieva), who suffers from acute promyelocytic leukemia. Because of her sister's dependency on her, Anna is unable to live the life she wants; in and out of the hospital constantly, she cannot take part in extracurricular activities such as cheerleading or soccer. When Kate turns 13 she goes into renal failure. Knowing that she will have to donate one of her kidneys to her sister, Anna sues her parents for medical emancipation and the rights to her own body. Attorney Campbell Alexander (Alec Baldwin) agrees to work for Anna pro bono. The film is interlaced with flashbacks that detail the strong relationship between Kate and Anna, as well as how Kate's illness has affected her siblings' lives. Before the result of the case is known, it is revealed that Kate had asked Anna to file for medical emancipation. Believing that she would not survive the surgery, Kate wants to die. Anna wins the case, and due to her sister's wishes does not donate her kidney. Kate later dies at the hospital. The family moves on with their lives, being changed by Kate's death, but every year on Kate's birthday they go to Montana, which was her favorite place in the world.

liburan 3 minggu kemaren gw pulang ke indonesia. what a holiday!! walopun ga seasik kalo bukan bulan puasa yaaahh..tapi gapapa lahh yang penting masih bisa ketemu sama orang orang yang pengen gw ketemuin..
contohnya, gw ketemu sama si mbah setelah sekian lama nunggu nunggu kapan bisa ketemu lagi. terus gw juga ketemu sama temen temen SD, SMP, SMA, dan tetangga gw yang kalo boleh lebay udah ampir 5 tahunan ga ketemu!..
Tapi sebenernya gara gara lagi bulan puasa justru tmn tmn gw lagi pada libur, jadi masih sempet lah buka buka puasa bareng mereka..

oh iya PALING PENTING..
karena gw udah lama ga ketemu sama si mbah..jadi pertama ketemu dia di airport bikin gw pengen ketawa..kenapa?.
karena gw lagi mati gaya (semua orang yang kenal gw tau itu).. jadi ceritanya gini, pas gw udah beres dari imigrasi gw keluar pintu sambil nyari nyari seseorang yang jemput gw.tapi ternyata belom ada dianya. trus yaudah mondar mandir dulu sebentar. trus beberapa menit kemudian eh gw ngeliat si mbah...sumpah ga tau kenapa gw bingung mau ngmng apa. dan gw harus gimana aja gw juga ga tau. goblok bgt kann. jadi ya jalan keluar yang paling bae ketawa ketawa aja dulu (seandainya ada tannya pasti gw bakalan ajak dia buat nemenin gw ketawa bareng).
tapi lama kelamaan udah ngga gitu ko. karena gw juga bukan orang gila yang ketawa terus tanpa sebab.

selama gw di indo juga gw maen maen ke bandung, tujuannya sih gw pengen ketemu aja sama tmn tmn smp gw yang di tembagapura. kebetulan kebanyakan tmn smp gw pada tinggal di bandung. jadi tmn tmn gw itu pada bikin reuni kecil kecilan disana.
gw ketemu sama dinda, madank, lala, amat, charlie, tossa, raissa, daly. ternayata mereka ga banyak berubah loh. yang berubah cuman dulu kalo ngmng pake bhs papua kalo sekang pake bhs sunda. dan pas disuruh pada pake bhs papua lagi pada diem!..
bagian yang nyebelinnya adalah. rencananyanya kita mau buka puasa bareng, tau doong jam buka puasa itu jam brapa??..iya bner jam 6!!.tapi yang dateng jam segitu baru ber-4 aja dulu. yang laen pada masih molor di rumahnya terutama si KETUA ANGKATAN! yang paling ngaret sedunia.
seperti reuni reuni biasanya. topik pembicaraan pasti pas jaman jaman masih bareng dulu dan itu buat kangen rasanya sama tembagapura (kecuali omongan charlie yang ngga banget itu).. gw pengen reunian lagi!!.tapi seluruh angkatan gitu biar serunya pas..

kaya liburan biasanya, gw ke indo ga pernah absen ketemu sama tmn tmn dkt gw! ines, ayu, sare, dan tmn tmn smp gw yg di bgr. kalo ga ketemu mereka ga lengkap lah pokonya. tapi gw ga sempet "ngbrol" sama iness!!. padahal gw udah pengen bgt ngbrl sama diaaa. sibuk sih lo nes ah..ketinggalan info dari gw kan lo jadinya. (kalo lo baca ini, cepet tanya ke gw infonya apaan)..

pokonya liburan gw kemaren itu cukup nyenengin, dari pada harus diem disini menikmati musim panas di abudhabi (yang sbnernya gw yakin itu namanya bukan nikmat)..
